Clay Coated Kraft Back
CCKB … Wet Strength Kraft board with virgin fibers that is regularly used in heavy-duty applications where strength, rigidity and even resistance to water are necessary. The white Clay Coated side is great for printing.
Uses of CCKB: beverage packaging, 6 & 12-packs of soda or beer. Heavy-duty packaging for automotive parts, and car care products. Lunch or even take out boxes. Packaging for powdered detergents, soaps and much more.

SBS
Solid Bleached Sulfate
SBS is produced from bleached virgin wood pulp and clay-coated to enhance the smoothness and receptivity to the printing surface. SBS is used in high-end packaging, where the quality of the printed image are essential.
Uses of SBS: Food packaging to ensure taste protection, frozon food, chocolates etc. Health and beauty packaging as well as pharmaceutical packaging. Boxes for shoes, toys, and others.

POLYBOARD
Cupstock & Milk Carton Stock
Polyboard … Is a bleached board coated with 1 or 2 sides of Poly. Ideal to produce paper cups for cold or hot drinks. Also suitable for other food packagings that come in direct contact with food.
Uses of Polyboard: Cups for Hot and Cold liquids. Boxes and Lids for take out or even frozen shrimp.

Virgin & Recycled Liners - SemiChem & Recycled Mediums
Liner and Medium - The 2 types of paper that make up corrugated boxes. Known for their strength, lightness, recyclability, and cost-effectiveness. They are for transporting and shipping majority of food and industrial products. Micro-corrugated boards are starting to replace some of the traditional box uses.
Uses of Liner and Medium: Boxes made with virgin Liners can resist high humidity levels, like being in refrigerators or freezers. Typical uses are fruit and vegetable boxes. Other uses are alcohol boxes, footwear, small appliances, hardware tools, microelectronics, and in marketing(display stands and display packagings).

CoreBoard
Grey or White CoreBoard
Coreboard … This paper is 100% recycled. Mainly used for tissue and towel cores. It contains 1 or more spiral stripes wrapped and glued to each other around a spindle to create a self-supporting cylinder. Also edge protectors can be made of pressed coreboard in stripes.
Uses of Grey Coreboard: Tissue and towel cores, pallet edge protectors - flat, v-shaped, u-shaped. Used in honeycomb separators, essential to protect the integrity of products in boxes.

Tissue & Paper Towel “TAD”
Tissue Jumbo & Paper Towel rolls
Tissue - Tissue paper is produced on a paper machine that has a single large steam heated drying cylinder (yankee dryer) fitted with a hot air hood.
Paper Towel (TAD) - The highest water absorbing applications are produced with a through air drying (TAD) process. This gives a bulky paper with high wet tensile strength and good water holding capacity.
